About the role
- Prepare a monthly schedule and execute the service plan of Apartment Life
- Plan and host several monthly activities and events, including high end/VIP events and resident activities
- Welcome new residents and visit residents throughout their lease term
- Coordinate with local partners to deliver quality programs
- Engage online to boost online reputation and marketing
- Act as the “smiling face” of the community providing VIP resident experiences
- Communicate regularly with onsite staff and meet biweekly with Apartment Life supervisor
- Oversee each activity to ensure they run as planned and report activity monthly
- Steward relationships with non-profits, local church, businesses, resident relationships, clubrooms, and program funds
- Ensure Apartment Life's core values guide decision-making and contribute to regional goals
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in outreach and/or ministry helpful but not required
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate with and coordinate partnerships with local businesses
- Excellent listening and communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to provide flexible service hours as needed
- Event planning skills, including administration
- Networking skills
- Time-management/organization

- Tech/computer skills
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be legally eligible to work in the United States (at least one coordinator if serving as a team)
- Basic fluency in English (at least one coordinator if serving as a team)
- Possess a current driver’s license and liability insurance, and access to reliable transportation
- Be physically able to use stairs, bend, sit, stand, stoop, carry up to 25 pounds
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Availability to commit weekly hours and a minimum 2-year term
- Have access to a personal computer and phone for communication and reporting
