About the role

  • Supervision and management of the accounting department (1 accounting manager and 4 technicians)
  • Responsible for maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of the accounting records for APAJH Gironde establishments
  • Oversight of accounting operations carried out by each accountant
  • Supervision of the annual account closing process
  • Team leadership for the accounting team, management of schedules and facilitation of working meetings
  • Daily management of banking tools
  • Carrying out declarations, filings and other formalities specific to the sector
  • Maintaining regular technical monitoring

Requirements

  • Holder of a Diploma in Accounting and Management or a professional bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Comfortable in an IT environment (Document Management System/DMS, electronic invoicing, Excel, etc.)
  • Management experience required
  • Knowledge of the medico-social sector would be a plus
