About the role
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes with autonomy and agility
- Handle a high volume of tech vacancies, ensuring quality and speed of delivery
- Perform active, strategic sourcing (LinkedIn and other sources)
- Manage the candidate pipeline with a focus on conversion, quality, and diversity
- Conduct competency-based interviews (soft and hard skills)
- Prepare structured assessments to support decision-making
- Work closely with leadership to understand the context and real needs of the teams
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience
- Monitor KPIs (time to hire, SLA, conversion, etc.) and drive continuous improvement
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
Requirements
- Experience in technology recruitment (approx. 3 years)
- Experience recruiting ServiceNow profiles
- Experience with high-volume hiring and short timelines
- Strong experience with active sourcing/hunting
- Experience conducting competency-based interviews
- Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
- Experience with ATS (preferably Gupy and Sênior)
- Advanced English
- Fluent English
- Advanced/Fluent Spanish
- Experience in consultancies or fast-growth environments
- Experience with employer branding strategies
- Familiarity with metrics and data-driven management
- Postgraduate degree and/or MBA
