About the role

  • Develop AI agents, conversational AI, and enterprise AI platforms
  • Select and apply AI technologies and frameworks purposefully (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face)
  • Integrate LLMs and generative models into existing applications and optimize performance
  • Develop and refine RAG applications and improve information-retrieval processes
  • Automate workflows and implement MLOps processes
  • Advise clients on generative AI, create proofs of concept, and contribute innovative ideas to new projects

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in software development and multiple projects implemented using generative AI
  • Confident working with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java as well as data-processing tools like Pandas, Spark, or SQL
  • Knowledge of retrieval technologies (e.g., Lucene, GraphDB, Vector DB) and AI platforms
  • Understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and NLP, with solid knowledge of LLMs
  • Proactively contribute to AI solutions and collaborate within the AI team on internal projects
  • Fluent in German and English with clear communication of ideas
