• You understand customer problems, prioritize requirements, and translate them into clear user stories that reflect the user perspective
• You coordinate between clients, developers, and architects, manage projects end-to-end, and handle escalations with confidence
• You take the lead on concepts, challenge solution approaches, and work with clients to verify that the proposed solution truly fits
• You are responsible for multiple projects in parallel and maintain oversight even when switching contexts

• You actively contribute to AI initiatives at client sites and, with support from our AI team, drive technological innovation for our clients
• You play an active role in expanding our Architecture Consulting Unit and support the setup of new project teams through technical leadership
