About the role

  • Develop AI-powered solutions – You will build AI agents, conversational AI, and enterprise AI platforms that deliver real value.
  • Select technologies & frameworks – You will choose appropriate AI technologies and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face) and apply them purposefully.
  • Integrate LLMs & generative models – You will integrate large language models and generative models into existing applications and optimize their performance.
  • Build & optimize RAG applications – You will develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications and improve their information-retrieval processes for more accurate and efficient results.
  • Automate workflows & implement MLOps – You will automate workflows and implement MLOps practices to enable continuous integration and deployment for ML models.
  • Advise clients & develop PoCs – You will advise clients on the possibilities of generative AI, develop proofs of concept, and contribute innovative ideas to new projects.

Requirements

  • Experience in software development & generative AI – You have extensive software development experience and have completed multiple projects involving generative AI.
  • Programming & data-processing skills – You are proficient with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java and with data-processing tools like Pandas, Spark, or SQL.
  • Knowledge of retrieval technologies & AI platforms – You are familiar with retrieval technologies (e.g., Lucene, GraphDB, vector databases) and AI platforms.
  • Machine learning & NLP understanding – You understand machine learning, deep learning, and NLP and have solid knowledge of LLMs.
  • Initiative & collaboration – You actively drive AI solutions forward and work with the AI team on internal projects. You also support other teams in developing and implementing AI solutions.
  • Strong communication in German & English – You are fluent in German and English and can communicate your ideas clearly and effectively.
