About the role

  • Lead and support a team of analysts to deliver insights and personalised customer experiences
  • Build capability across analytics, experimentation and journey design, helping the team grow and solve complex problems
  • Guide the development of segmentation, models and targeting approaches that make our customer interactions smarter and more relevant
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Data, Technology and Martech teams to design, enhance and deliver personalised journeys
  • Keep an eye on key risks and make sure our work meets quality, compliance and governance expectations

Requirements

  • Strong experience leading and developing analytics teams
  • A solid understanding of personalisation, customer journeys and MarTech tools
  • Advanced skills in analytics, including segmentation, modelling and experimentation
  • Confidence working in data‑rich, technical environments
  • High data literacy and a track record of using insights to drive outcomes
  • Experience working in agile or fast‑paced environments
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Data, Technology or similar
  • Bonus skills: experience with cloud platforms, customer analytics tools, AI in marketing, or financial services
