About the role

  • Providing guidance and oversight to the New‑to‑Bank Customer Due Diligence team
  • Conducting ongoing reviews of client KYC records across multiple jurisdictions
  • Ensure quality and compliance by reviewing KYC files
  • Liaise with clients and internal partners
  • Maintain data integrity on the onboarding platform
  • Support new staff through on‑the‑Job Training

Requirements

  • Over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Strong expertise in regulatory compliance, AML/KYC, and quality assurance
  • More than 3 years of management experience in a production or operations environment
  • Strong project management skills
  • Extensive end‑to‑end knowledge of financial services operations
  • Bachelor’s degree required (with a master’s degree or ACAMS/ICA/FINRA certifications preferred)
