About the role
- Providing guidance and oversight to the New‑to‑Bank Customer Due Diligence team
- Conducting ongoing reviews of client KYC records across multiple jurisdictions
- Ensure quality and compliance by reviewing KYC files
- Liaise with clients and internal partners
- Maintain data integrity on the onboarding platform
- Support new staff through on‑the‑Job Training
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry
- Strong expertise in regulatory compliance, AML/KYC, and quality assurance
- More than 3 years of management experience in a production or operations environment
- Strong project management skills
- Extensive end‑to‑end knowledge of financial services operations
- Bachelor’s degree required (with a master’s degree or ACAMS/ICA/FINRA certifications preferred)
