About the role

  • Designing and delivering the Responsible Investment Framework for KiwiSaver and other funds
  • Leading stewardship programme and collaborating with other investment management teams
  • Overseing RI-related data and information requirements
  • Supporting Performance and Risk team to deliver Responsible Investment-related reporting

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ practical experience integrating Responsible Investment and climate strategy
  • Solid experience leading stewardship activities
  • An interest in, or exposure to, banking & finance, financial markets and/or funds management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to build collaborative working relationships across diverse stakeholders
  • The capability to influence effectively
  • A self-starter mindset
  • Confidence to both take and give constructive challenge
