About the role
- Assist customers with a variety of Retail, Cards and Digital Banking solutions
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide relevant information on products or services
- Support 30-40 customers per day with personalized conversations
- Provide peace of mind to customers by troubleshooting any issues
- Work in a professional environment meeting customer-centric, financial and risk targets
- Build banking skills quickly through formal training and mentorship
