About the role

  • Support the team to visualise, understand and document the flow of features through development all the way to the customer
  • Contribute to breaking down initiatives into smaller increments
  • Elicit and Document requirements – utilising JIRA and Confluence
  • Identify and raise technology and operational risks, issues and potential impact
  • Actively participate in tasks and/or actions which improve timeliness, reduce costs or enhance quality of delivery
  • Develop, Manage and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders

Requirements

  • Problem solver, critical thinker, agile thinker, Scrum/Agile ways of working
  • Elicitation techniques such as facilitating workshops to gather requirements to achieve business outcomes
  • Curiosity and a passion to learn, develop and pro-actively develop your skills
  • Good communicator both written, verbal and visual
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Knowledge of software development principles and practices
  • Previous experience or expertise in Business Analysis, Digital Delivery, Data Analysis, Business Process re-engineering is ideal, but not mandatory
