About the role
- Manage a growth-focused portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses
- Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business, ambitions, and financial needs
- Proactively acquire new trading business opportunities
- Expand relationships by offering a full suite of banking solutions
- Collaborate with product partners and other stakeholders to structure and execute deals
Requirements
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Strong understanding of commercial mid-market banking products
- Ability to understand customers business needs and offer tailored solutions
- Experience assessing, advising, monitoring and/or approving a customer's credit worthiness
- Ability to negotiate terms and conditions of credit facilities to suit the customers business goals
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management principles
