About the role
- Play a key role in helping to providing customers with a seamless banking experience
- Meet each customer’s end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities
- Conduct needs based conversations and educate customers on available financial solutions
- Complete customer transactions and fulfil products as per accreditation level
- Deliver a high standard of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Act as a role model and peer coach within a collaborative team
Requirements
- Exceptional customer focus
- Retail experience is an advantage
- Experience in being a user and promoter of technology
- Working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage
- Lending experience or willingness to progress to lending is desired
- Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
- Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
- Sound understanding of compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
