About the role
- Help providing customers with a seamless banking experience
- Meet each customer’s end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities
- Educate customers on the financial solutions available, including digital
- Complete customer transactions and have in-depth needs based conversations
- Deliver a high standard of customer service ensuring customer satisfaction
- Act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience
Requirements
- Exceptional customer focus retail experience is an advantage
- Experience in being a user and promoter of technology working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage
- Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
- Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
- Sound understanding of compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
