About the role

  • Design and develop culture activation and leader experience solutions
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships across the enterprise
  • Guide the successful testing, refinement and delivery of solutions
  • Partner with Communications, Change and People teams
  • Provide expert input and advice to leaders and stakeholders
  • Apply strong commercial acumen and a pragmatic mindset
  • Work closely with vendors and divisional delivery teams

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience designing, maintaining or enhancing culture programs
  • Strong consulting and stakeholder management capability
  • Proven ability to distil diverse insights, data and perspectives
  • Advanced influencing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to design and build culture activation solutions
  • Strong analytical capability to assess culture outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of comfort working through ambiguity and complexity
  • Strong outcomes orientation, commercial acumen and continuous improvement mindset
