About the role

  • Contributing to the design of our approach to the capability needs outlined in the PACT program.
  • Supporting the design, development and implementation of the risk capability framework and the risk capability assessment for management of Non-Financial Risk to strengthen capability across the three lines of defence.
  • Engaging with a vast range of stakeholders and following all PACT requirements.
  • Building strong relationships.
  • Supporting the design and build of the risk capability framework and assessment. Supporting their successful test, refinement and delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience in and credibility to work with stakeholders to shape and deliver capability initiatives for measurable impact.
  • Strong management skills, including the ability to distil diverse insights into actionable and commercial designs.
  • Strength in influencing outcomes, while building trusted and deep relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Ability to design and build solutions across a blend of modalities, supporting their successful test, refinement and delivery
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Comfort working through ambiguity to solve complex problems.
  • Project and product management skills and the ability to operationalise and run enterprise programs.
  • Experience in capability initiatives across large, complex organisations.
  • Understanding of vendor management and partnerships to deliver strategic initiatives.
  • Qualifications in Organisational Development (OD), Learning, Organisational Psychology, or other relevant professions in HR, Business or Human Behaviour, or equivalent experience gained in learning, compliance, governance, or project support roles.
