About the role
- Contribute to the design and delivery of culture activation and leader experience solutions
- Build effective working relationships with stakeholders
- Support the administration, coordination and delivery of culture activation programs and initiatives
- Collaborate with Communications, Change and People teams to ensure cultural messaging is integrated
Requirements
- Experience contributing to the design and delivery of culture and leadership solutions across a blend of modalities
- Demonstrated consulting and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong analytical capability to assess culture related information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong desire to work at pace in a high performance culture
