- Help provide customers with a seamless banking experience
- Meet each customer’s end-to-end financial needs and goals
- Educate customers on available financial solutions, including digital options
- Deliver high standards of customer service to ensure satisfaction
- Act as a role model and peer coach in a collaborative team
Requirements
- Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage
- Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage
- Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
- Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
- Sound understanding of compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
