About the role
- Partner across the enterprise to assess, design, and implement strategies that build workforce strategic skills, drive learning culture, and align capability development with business objectives.
- Engage a wide range of stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver solutions that measurably strengthen ANZ’s capability.
- Work collaboratively in a flexible, supportive team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
- Demonstrated consulting and stakeholder engagement skills, enabling effective influence and collaboration across diverse groups.
- Ability to design and build learning solutions across a blend of modalities, applying the ADDIE learning model and familiarity with digital learning tools, platforms, and content development software.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Demonstrated adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a supportive team and work confidently through ambiguity to solve complex problems.
- Strong analytical capability to assess learning outcomes, identify the key skills that address performance gaps, and translate insights into focused, practical solutions that drive meaningful behaviour change and improved results.
