About the role
- Monitor the performance of all critical applications
- Support and maintain the Monitoring and observability platform
- Manage the tribe backlog
- Work closely with others to prioritise work
- Manage interdependencies and distil features to epics
- Lead sprints to deploy monitoring tools and services
- Provide consulting services to assess and implement monitoring solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 10 Years of Overall experience
- 6 years of relevant experience
- Proven expertise in Application Performance & Monitoring tools
- Strong focus on deploying and managing Dynatrace and New Relic
- Dynatrace and/or New Relic certifications are highly desirable
- Solid experience with Windows, Solaris, and Linux (RHEL) platforms
- Strong background in technical infrastructure, application development, and support
- Preference for Java, DotNet, and Python development
- Working experience in containerized and microservice environments
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD technologies
- Ability to solve complex problems while prioritizing customer needs
