About the role
- Responsible for the technical analysis of requirements, designs, solution quality to support engineering activities
- Elicit, understand, validate and document requirements for business issues, functions, and processes
- Support the delivery of solutions through the SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies
- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments, participating in ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring solutions meet user expectations and business goals
- Engage in continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline business processes and reduce manual effort
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in the banking domain
- High level understanding of Technology Products (APIs, Platforms, Software)
- Experience in supporting or delivering end-to-end mobile platform projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to create documentation (e.g., use cases, prototypes, technical specifications)
- Experience facilitating workshops with stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools)
