Requirements

  • 14+ years of relevant experience as Lead Technical Business Analyst
  • At least 4 years in a lead role or experience as a Product Owner with hands-on BA practices
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and the regulatory environment
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and basic JavaScript
  • Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger)
  • Knowledge of cloud, integration, version control, and DevOps
  • Familiarity with requirements management and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, IBM DOORS, Trello, Asana)
  • Experience with process modeling and diagramming tools (BPMN, UML)
  • Data analysis and visualization skills, including SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel (advanced)
