About the role
- Lead business analysis activities across complex projects
- Ensure business objectives are effectively translated into robust technical solutions
- Manage teams to deliver successful outcomes
- Analyze, define, and refine requirements
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to elicit and refine requirements
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders to define technical solutions
- Prepare comprehensive documentation including use cases and prototypes
- Act as a liaison between business and IT teams
Requirements
- 14+ years of relevant experience as Lead Technical Business Analyst
- At least 4 years in a lead role or experience as a Product Owner with hands-on BA practices
- Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and the regulatory environment
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and basic JavaScript
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger)
- Knowledge of cloud, integration, version control, and DevOps
- Familiarity with requirements management and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, IBM DOORS, Trello, Asana)
- Experience with process modeling and diagramming tools (BPMN, UML)
- Data analysis and visualization skills, including SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel (advanced)
