About the role

  • Document business processes, workflows, and technical specifications for foundational technology projects
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with peers, colleagues, managers, and other key stakeholders
  • Lead & participate in Daily Standups, Planning, Ceremonies, Reviews and Retrospectives
  • Shape and sustain the analysis approach in a complex environment
  • Support the Project Manager and Senior Technical Leads to ensure delivery meets critical program timelines
  • Contribute to managing risks and issues using the ANZ Delivery Framework

Requirements

  • Proven track record of five years plus at a Senior Business Analysis level
  • Experience across a variety of project types, especially large transformation programmes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent facilitation skills for workshops and stakeholder meetings
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Office Suite
  • Foundational cloud knowledge would be an advantage (e.g. AWS, GCP or Azure)
