About the role

  • Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for the enterprise reseller channel and mid-market segments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with key enterprise resellers to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
  • Create and oversee training programs for resellers to ensure effective product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the mid-market sector.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine product positioning and messaging for various target audiences.
  • Lead product marketing initiatives, including go-to-market launches, promotional campaigns, and sales enablement resources.
  • Work closely with product management to develop product roadmaps based on market feedback and customer demands.
  • Establish KPIs to measure the success of go-to-market initiatives, channel performance, and marketing campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of driving channel-led GTM strategies and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of channel initiatives and buying process.
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative mindset.
