About the role

  • Provide strategic leadership for proposal execution, response quality, and operational coordination across regions
  • Ensure proposals are aligned with win strategy, customer priorities, and revenue goals
  • Drive improvements to proposal workflows, tools, and engagement models to increase efficiency, scalability, and response speed
  • Act as a strategic partner to sales leadership, product teams, marketing, finance, and legal
  • Lead proposal strategy across complex opportunities, ensuring responses are aligned with win themes, customer needs, and revenue objectives
  • Mentor and develop proposal professionals while establishing clear expectations for quality, accountability, and performance
  • Use data and insights to evaluate proposal effectiveness, identify trends in win/loss outcomes, and improve response quality, efficiency, and impact over time

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles, complex opportunities, and high-volume proposal environments
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and work cross-functionally with sales leadership, product teams, marketing, finance, and legal
  • Strong ability to craft clear, structured proposal responses and translate complex information into customer-focused messaging
  • Comfortable using data and insights to improve proposal effectiveness, response quality, and team performance
  • Professional level written and spoken English suitable for enterprise customer and executive communication
