About the role

  • Focus on providing support for test development and execution against Anthology’s systems
  • Become an active member of an agile team of developers participating in daily stand-ups, design sessions, code reviews.
  • Create and maintain automation frameworks and testing tools.
  • Develop the test strategy for features, incorporating the right balance of unit tests, integration/API tests, and UI tests.
  • Design, implement, and maintain complex testing environments, performing all aspects of verification including functional, regression, load, and system testing as well as documentation.
  • Work in a KanBan team focused on delivering quality solutions to our clients.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in QA manual testing and automation
  • Desire to work as a member of an inclusive, cross-functional team
  • Self-starter who can complete work with limited supervision in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences in a global environment
  • Experience developing test automation scripts for web applications and REST APIs
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
  • A technical understanding of database configuration and ability to write complex SQL queries
  • Light experience with REST APIs, XML, JSON
  • Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above.
