Technical Project Manager

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements for projects and initiatives.
• Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation including process maps, data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, project initiation documents, status updates and more.
• Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

• Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively and ensure that team members have the necessary tools, skills, and support to successfully execute project tasks.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize the impact on project objectives and timelines.
• Post-Implementation Review: Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and implement process improvements for future projects.

Proactively identify opportunities to expand or extend existing client projects and ensure all financial processes are met throughout the project lifecycle (including opening job numbers, raising estimates, and securing client POs).
• Relationship Building Actively foster and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, internal teams, and cross-functional partners.
