Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a sustainability practitioner (Senior Consultant) or 7+ years (Principal Consultant)
- Expertise in human rights and environmental due diligence within a company’s direct operations and value chain and supplier engagement
- Experience with corporate supply chains, sourcing/procurement, and/or supplier engagement/capacity-building
- Strong understanding of Climate/Net Zero-related concepts
- Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail in large datasets, savvy with data visualizations, and advanced competency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience developing dynamic dashboards using platforms such as PowerBI or Tableau is valued
- A personable and passionate individual that works well with teams
- Comfortable and confident liaising with key stakeholders across all levels of a business
- Proficiency in English is required. Fluency in the local language is required – German/French/Spanish as a bonus is a plus.
