Financial Planning and Analysis

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and expense forecasting across brands, customers, and channels
• Maintain and enhance financial models including volume, pricing, GTN, trade spend, and promotional assumptions
• Conduct variance analysis vs. forecast, budget, and prior year; clearly identify drivers, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries in Excel or Tableau
• Consolidate and validate data from ERP/BI systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Monitor business performance and synthesize trends into clear, actionable insights
• Produce clean, executive-ready presentations in PowerPoint for leadership
• Provide ad hoc analysis to support decision-making across the organization
• Analyze SKU, customer, and channel-level profitability and margin drivers

• Build and deploy email campaigns/month across all brands, ensuring on-time delivery, brand accuracy, and consistent voice
• Maintain and optimize automated email flows for Antelope’s family of brands

• Pull monthly/quarterly reports highlighting trends, wins, and optimization opportunities

Accountant

• Record monthly journal entries and support month-end close
• Review work prepared by Staff Accountants and finalize bank reconciliations
• Maintain accounting schedules including Prepaids, Fixed Assets, Accrued Liabilities
• Reconcile general ledger accounts, investigate variances and provide analysis
• Document and maintain month end close processes and procedures
• Drive automation and efficiency projects within NetSuite and across accounting workflows
• Assist with onboarding of new acquisitions into NetSuite and integrate accounting policies and controls
• Maintain accurate reconciliations, process documentation, and company policies for audit readiness
• Perform 100% reconciliation of assigned balance sheet accounts at year-end and respond to audit inquiries
