About the role

  • Present the Antavo platform to prospects and partners during pre-sales engagements.
  • Lead technical consulting sessions to understand client environments, integration needs, and data flows.
  • Validate customer architecture designs and recommend optimal platform configurations.
  • Build personalized demos and presentations that showcase business and technical value.
  • Act as a product expert throughout the customer lifecycle — from pre-sales through implementation.
  • Lead technical workshops with the client during the implementation phase.
  • Configure, test and demonstrate core platform capabilities to meet business requirements.
  • Translate customer use cases into product requirements and configurations.
  • Answer client questions related to product features and guide them through best practices.
  • Provide feedback on integrations, APIs, infrastructure assumptions, and platform extensibility.
  • Review technical designs and make recommendations aligned with Antavo capabilities.
  • Clarify data requirements, integration points, and platform limits in the context of customer needs.
  • Feed insights from client engagements into internal product, engineering, and GTM teams.
  • Collaborate with product management to clarify requirements and influence the roadmap.
  • Work with professional services and customer success to help transition projects post-sale.
  • Support estimation and scoping during pre-sales and hand-off to delivery teams.
  • Help define initial project timelines and implementation plans based on solution complexity.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in pre-sales or solutions consulting for complex SaaS products.
  • Technical sales/support experience with SaaS or enterprise software platforms.
  • Strong client-facing experience with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Hands-on ability to run demos, craft technical presentations, and validate architecture.
  • Experience working with and understanding of web technologies (RESTful web services, JavaScript frameworks, APIs, SDKs), integration concepts, and technical data flows.
  • Familiarity with RFI/RFP processes and technical evaluation criteria.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels (from technical teams to C-suite).
  • Highly self-driven, curious, and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
