About the role

  • Develop a strategic vision for our clients, combining forward-looking thinking, organizational analysis and operational recommendations.
  • Conduct advanced data analyses, generate scenarios and translate them into concrete courses of action.
  • Design and lead high-impact consulting projects, from strategy definition through to implementation.
  • Work closely with managers and directors to oversee project teams, ensure deliverable quality and support the development of junior consultants.
  • Act as a trusted partner to our clients: understand their challenges, challenge their models and support them toward innovative, sustainable solutions.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a management/strategy consulting firm or in a strategic role within the healthcare, pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
  • If you come from another sector, demonstrate a strong interest in healthcare issues, organizational transformation and innovation in this field.
  • Strong ability to think strategically while being comfortable with operational delivery and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation), strong synthesis skills and ability to persuade.
  • Client-oriented and results-driven, with a collaborative mindset and a genuine enjoyment of working in teams in an ambitious environment.
  • Bilingual French–Dutch (or at minimum a very strong command of Dutch).
