About the role
- As an energetic Regional Field Sales Manager for Bavaria, you will independently manage and develop our key accounts in your territory
- You are the primary contact for customers on all technical and commercial matters, both digitally and during on-site visits
- Key tasks include preparing and conducting customer meetings, implementing product listings, promotions and secondary placements
- Ambitious targets and a consistent approach to planning and execution motivate you
Requirements
- You have experience working in field sales and have successfully developed customer accounts
- Ideally, you have contacts within relevant customer groups (electrical specialty retailers, DIY/hardware stores, general retail, etc.)
- You are passionate about working with customers, a good listener and able to empathize with others
- With your empathetic and positive manner, you can inspire both colleagues and customers
- You work independently and result-oriented, and you keep the goal in sight even in dynamic situations
