About the role

  • Manage and grow a team of Tax Operations Associates responsible for working directly with customers to register for sales tax in US jurisdictions.
  • Own the Customer Registrations Support function and engage with customers and state and local jurisdictions as needed.
  • Create Anrok’s Registrations process for Enterprise clients.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with the Tax Research, Filing, and Engineering teams to design, develop, and implement process improvements and automation solutions to enhance Registrations efficiency.

Requirements

  • You have a strong analytical background with at least 4 years of experience in managing teams.
  • You use data to make informed decisions and present findings to your broader team, especially when advocating for resources, whether it be headcount or automation.
  • You have experience working with Product and Engineering teams to improve internal tools and processes.
  • You enjoy engaging with customers and stakeholders and take a proactive position when solving challenging problems.
  • You have experience managing teams responsible for high volume and complicated compliance operations tasks.
