About the role

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded
  • Process and reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
  • Manage expense reporting processes
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Assist with month-end close tasks, including account reconciliations and analysis
  • Provide support to the accounting and financial operations of the Portuguese entity
  • Collaborate in the audit process, preparing documentation and liaising with the CPA
  • Contribute to the development, maintenance, and improvement of accounting processes and procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • Experience in accounting, bookkeeping procedures and month end close activities
  • Excellent MS Excel skills
  • Experience working with ERP Primavera preferred
  • Experience with EPICOR preferred
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
  • Multinational environment experience
  • Organization and problem-solving skills
