About the role
- Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee content publishing across different platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
- Coordinate with creative teams (design, copy, video) for content production.
- Analyze content performance and generate actionable insights.
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Propose innovative ideas, trends, and formats to improve engagement.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Content Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar role (ideally within an agency).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Ability to develop content strategies and storytelling.
- Experience working with creative and cross-functional teams.
- Analytical skills to interpret metrics and optimize content performance.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Intermediate/advanced English (preferred).
