About the role
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Identify market opportunities and customer segments to drive product positioning and messaging.
- Develop clear and compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging.
- Create and maintain product marketing collateral, including datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, presentations, and website content.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and sales enablement, to ensure successful product launches.
- Work with Sales Enablement and Product Management to develop and deliver sales training materials, including product demos, competitive analysis, and objection handling guides.
- Support the sales team with tools and resources to enhance their ability to sell effectively.
- Partner with the Demand Generation team to create and execute campaigns that drive awareness, generate leads, and support sales objectives.
- Develop and manage content for webinars, events, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback, build relationships, and develop case studies and testimonials.
- Act as a voice of the customer within the organization to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 4+ years of product marketing experience, with experience in the cybersecurity industry.
- In-depth knowledge of TIP and CTI, Security Operations, SIEM, and SOAR technologies, Agentic AI and market trends.
- Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and product positioning especially in the cybersecurity space.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly language.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving results in a matrixed environment.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, such as Marketo, Salesforce, Asana, and other marketing automation and content management systems.
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.
- Technical background or understanding of cybersecurity technologies, AI and threat landscapes.
