Accounting Manager

• Work with developers and UX designers to help automate bookkeeping and tax calculations.
• Ensure testing and excellent quality controls on the automation of bookkeeping, tax calculations, and return preparations.
• Help clients and customer support with complicated issues.
• Review and adjust annual accounts and CT600 filings for microentities.
• Educate Customer Experience agents to help clients with tax/bookkeeping issues.
• Share knowledge with the public and ANNA clients and be our primary go to person for tax and accounting news; preparing articles, writing blog posts and newsletters to keep our customers up to date.
