About the role
- Own Massachusetts growth strategy and execution.
- Lead new center launches and service expansion within the state.
- Manage payer relationship management in partnership with Market Clinical Services Director.
- Own the Massachusetts market P&L.
- Partner with Clinical Directors and state clinical Psychologist to improve service delivery.
- Maintain scalable operational systems aligned with ANNA standard operating procedures across all clinics.
- Lead and develop Clinical Directors, Clinical Psychologist, and Community Engagement Specialists.
- Foster a positive, mission-driven culture.
- Ensure timely access to care and high-quality care delivery across all centers in Massachusetts.
- Lead compliance and risk management efforts across clinics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (healthcare administration or business preferred).
- 7+ years in healthcare; 5+ years leading site or multisite operations.
- Demonstrated success leading cross functional teams.
- P&L ownership/management experience.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in behavioral health, autism services, or pediatric care (preferred).
- Experience scaling services or opening new locations (preferred).
- Background in a high growth or startup environment (preferred).
