• Deploy the brand's Visual Merchandising strategy across different store formats, ensuring consistent execution throughout the network.
• Develop, update and implement manuals, display guides and planograms, taking into account the different POS models.
• Plan and execute the brand-defined Visual Merchandising strategies, ensuring correct implementation in stores.
• Ensure standardization of Animale's visual language at all points of sale, respecting the brand's identity and branding guidelines.
• Conduct store visits to monitor execution, identify opportunities and implement action plans.
• Train, guide and support store managers and teams on Visual Merchandising best practices, promoting maintenance of established standards.
• Monitor performance indicators related to Visual Merchandising, such as product turnover, Units per Transaction (UPT), average ticket, conversion and other business KPIs, proposing actions to optimize results.
• Work in partnership with Commercial, Marketing, Product and Operations teams to ensure integrated execution of the brand's strategies.
• Plan, oversee and execute the procurement of Visual Merchandising materials for store openings, revitalizations and maintenance, ensuring quality, timelines and budget control.
• Participate in store openings, refurbishments and special projects, ensuring correct implementation of VM standards.
• Research market trends, perform benchmarking and identify new solutions to continuously evolve the in-store experience.
