About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deploy the brand's Visual Merchandising strategy across different store formats, ensuring consistent execution throughout the network.
- Develop, update and implement manuals, display guides and planograms, taking into account the different POS models.
- Plan and execute the brand-defined Visual Merchandising strategies, ensuring correct implementation in stores.
- Ensure standardization of Animale's visual language at all points of sale, respecting the brand's identity and branding guidelines.
- Conduct store visits to monitor execution, identify opportunities and implement action plans.
- Train, guide and support store managers and teams on Visual Merchandising best practices, promoting maintenance of established standards.
- Monitor performance indicators related to Visual Merchandising, such as product turnover, Units per Transaction (UPT), average ticket, conversion and other business KPIs, proposing actions to optimize results.
- Work in partnership with Commercial, Marketing, Product and Operations teams to ensure integrated execution of the brand's strategies.
- Plan, oversee and execute the procurement of Visual Merchandising materials for store openings, revitalizations and maintenance, ensuring quality, timelines and budget control.
- Participate in store openings, refurbishments and special projects, ensuring correct implementation of VM standards.
- Research market trends, perform benchmarking and identify new solutions to continuously evolve the in-store experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Fashion Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields.
- Proven experience in Visual Merchandising within fashion retail.
- Experience creating VM manuals, planograms and deploying campaigns.
- Experience in training and developing store teams.
- Experience in multi-store retail operations.
- Experience monitoring commercial indicators and making data-driven decisions.
