About the role
- Work alongside AB & Wholesaler KAM teams to grow Devils Backbone, Cisco and La Rubia distribution and programs
- Educate, communicate, and execute Craft East's distro gaps and programming in targeted Small & Large Format chain accounts
- Provide total account management; sell-in corporate programs and brand promotions
- Direct and manage space management priorities of Craft East and the account
- Utilize sales tools (IRI, Hero, IDIG, PowerBI) and analyze data to evaluate strategies
- Maintain active communications and foster relationships with region sales and wholesaler personnel
- Manage budgets, contribute to monthly PRs and annual account plan, and facilitate wholesaler pricing communication to chain accounts
- Travel up to 50%, majority being day trips
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred (Business, Sales, and/or Marketing strongly desired)
- Basic knowledge of retail initiatives (particularly Category Management and information-based selling)
- Advanced computer software proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Internet)
- High level of expertise in analyzing information and making information-based recommendations
- Strong familiarity with syndicated data, software and measures preferred
- Effective communication/presenting, follow-up, administrative and organizational skills
- Field and retail sales experience in the beverage industry or other consumer products industries
- Understanding of wholesaler network/processes
- Ability to work and drive positive results in a fast-paced, team environment
- Willingness to travel up to 50% (majority day trips)
