About the role
- Provide legal advice to our business units in contract, corporate, and employment law
- Draft and negotiate contracts, with a focus on international industrial agreements (supply contracts, project contracts, procurement/purchase agreements, research and development agreements)
- Participate in a project to manage legal risks
- Participate in a project to implement artificial intelligence (AI) in the area of contract law
- Conduct in-house training on legal topics
- Support and oversee the network of international external counsel
Requirements
- Degree in law and admission to the bar
- Interest in industry and enjoyment working in an interdisciplinary team
- Quick learner with the ability to work independently
- Modern working methods and strong IT user skills; experience with legal AI tools is an advantage
- Fluent German and English; other language skills are a plus, e.g., Italian, Turkish
