• Leadership, development and management of the Quality Management and Quality Assurance team (Engineering and Online Business)
• Overall responsibility for all quality-related activities in OEM and online channels including international alignment for uniform standards
• Further development of the quality strategy and establishment of a "First Time Right" and continuous improvement culture. This includes root cause analysis, process optimizations and deriving concrete measures
• Planning, conducting and follow-up of supplier and customer audits as well as on-site development of our suppliers
• Responsibility for initial sampling, ISIR/PPAP, series approvals, and conducting APQRs and quality reviews

• Provide legal advice to our business units in contract, corporate, and employment law
• Draft and negotiate contracts, with a focus on international industrial agreements (supply contracts, project contracts, procurement/purchase agreements, research and development agreements)
• Participate in a project to manage legal risks
• Participate in a project to implement artificial intelligence (AI) in the area of contract law
• Conduct in-house training on legal topics
• Support and oversee the network of international external counsel

• Act as the primary point of contact for employees and line managers, providing prompt, reliable support on all HR administrative matters
• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding) and ensure a smooth, compliant experience by handling all related HR documentation
• Maintain accurate personnel records and uphold high standards in documentation and data protection
• Support time management in myAbacus and assist colleagues with absence or time-entry issues
• Coordinate monthly closing activities and prepare payroll data for our external payroll provider
• Collect, validate, and submit payroll-relevant information to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Drive improvements to HR processes, templates, and documentation to make our services smarter, faster, and easier for everyone
