About the role
- Drive water resources and drought strategies across the Anglian Region
- Act as a key hydrological point of contact for drought management
- Oversee hydrological analysis, reporting, modelling, and data management
- Build strong relationships internally and externally, including with regulators
- Manage critical projects from drought permit preparation to data visualisation
Requirements
- Proven experience in hydrology or water resources management
- Strong analytical and scientific skills
- Exceptional leadership ability to inspire and motivate technical teams
- Skilled in strategic planning and risk management
- Excellent communicator, able to simplify complex data for diverse audiences
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Full UK Driving Licence is required
