About the role
- Own and centralize sales target-setting processes for the Care and Enterprise teams, including methodology creation, cadence management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Build automations to improve the speed and scalability of target-setting workflows, reducing time from days to hours per role.
- Refresh and standardize Care and Enterprise target-setting processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
- Develop foundational Snowflake tables to support scalable, consistent commissions data pulls.
- Create Looker and/or Vizier dashboards to automate insights and enable self-service reporting across SMB, Enterprise, and Care.
- Support commission payout analysis, exception handling, and ad hoc compensation modeling, including financial impact and ROI assessments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales Ops, and Analytics to align on data sources, methodologies, and compensation policies.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of professional experience in compensation, finance, or sales operations strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced Excel and SQL proficiency required.
- Experience with Snowflake, Looker, or similar BI tools strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a mindset for building scalable, repeatable processes.
