About the role
- Responsibility for an existing customer base
- Development of new business opportunities
- Management and strategic development of existing key accounts such as property managers, cooperatives and property developers
- Acquisition of new customers by identifying market potential
- Building long-term, trust-based customer relationships
- Operational implementation of regional sales targets
- Technical and commercial advising on solutions in the areas of energy, building services and related services
- Analysis of customer needs and preparation of tailored proposals
- Central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Completed technical or business-related education
- At least 5 years’ experience in field sales or key account management
- Experience in building services/HVAC or the energy sector
- Existing network in areas such as property management, property developers or installers is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of common tools such as CRM systems and MS 365
- Business-fluent German
- Driving licence Class B and willingness to travel 3–4 days per week within Tyrol & Vorarlberg
- Strong track record in new customer acquisition and building sustainable customer relationships
- Enthusiasm for digitalization and energy efficiency
