About the role

  • Responsibility for an existing customer base
  • Development of new business opportunities
  • Management and strategic development of existing key accounts such as property managers, cooperatives and property developers
  • Acquisition of new customers by identifying market potential
  • Building long-term, trust-based customer relationships
  • Operational implementation of regional sales targets
  • Technical and commercial advising on solutions in the areas of energy, building services and related services
  • Analysis of customer needs and preparation of tailored proposals
  • Central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Completed technical or business-related education
  • At least 5 years’ experience in field sales or key account management
  • Experience in building services/HVAC or the energy sector
  • Existing network in areas such as property management, property developers or installers is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of common tools such as CRM systems and MS 365
  • Business-fluent German
  • Driving licence Class B and willingness to travel 3–4 days per week within Tyrol & Vorarlberg
  • Strong track record in new customer acquisition and building sustainable customer relationships
  • Enthusiasm for digitalization and energy efficiency
