About the role

  • Lead projects in the automotive and digital transformation space.
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary teams with a focus on quality, efficiency and accountability for results.
  • Build state-of-the-art expertise and develop relevant topic areas.
  • Deliver presentations and facilitate workshops.
  • Develop practical solution approaches for key clients and conduct data-driven analyses.
  • Mentor and develop project team members and cultivate high performers.
  • Actively drive business development and project acquisition.

Requirements

  • University degree (e.g., Business, Computer Science, or similar).
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in management or strategy consulting (full-time).
  • For bachelor’s degree: at least 4–5 years of professional experience.
  • For master’s degree: at least 3–4 years of professional experience.
  • Solid project experience within consulting, including participation in business development activities.
  • Experience structuring complex tasks and delegating responsibilities within project teams.
  • Experience in the automotive sector is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites (multiple times per week).
  • Fluent German and English skills.
