About the role

  • Lead projects in the automotive and digitalization domain.
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary teams with a focus on quality, efficiency and accountability for results.
  • Build state-of-the-art expertise and develop relevant topic areas.
  • Deliver presentations and facilitate workshops for clients and at events.
  • Develop practical solution approaches and perform data-driven analyses.

Requirements

  • Completed degree (e.g., Business, Computer Science or a related field).
  • Several years of relevant full-time experience in management or strategy consulting.
  • For candidates with a bachelor’s degree: minimum 4–5 years of professional experience.
  • For candidates with a master’s degree: minimum 3–4 years of professional experience.
  • Solid project experience within consulting, including involvement in business development activities such as project acquisition, proposal processes or lead generation.
  • Experience structuring complex tasks and delegating responsibility within project teams.
  • Experience in the automotive sector is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Fluent in German and English.
