About the role

  • Lead onboarding for new franchisees (including purchasing and managing the initial starter kit);
  • Monitor franchisee performance;
  • Provide higher-complexity support, acting as the primary point of contact;
  • Deliver ongoing training to ensure standardization, organization, and business best practices;
  • Work on internal marketing (endomarketing) to strengthen engagement and network culture;
  • Monitor franchisee payments and perform collections when necessary;
  • Measure and mediate situations involving franchisees, partners, and customers, working alongside other departments;
  • Conduct satisfaction surveys and propose improvements based on the results.

Requirements

  • Exceptional organization and ability to structure processes, routines, and follow-ups;
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in information, metrics, and deliverables;
  • Clear and assertive communication, both verbal and written, with the ability to guide, direct, and engage franchisees;
  • Firm and professional demeanor, able to say “no”, drive results, and handle difficult conversations when necessary;
  • Leadership/management profile with the maturity to make decisions, mediate situations, and closely and strategically monitor performance;
  • Previous experience in Customer Success, Operations, Customer Service, Partner/Franchise Management, or related areas;
  • Ability to work with targets, KPIs, and performance analysis;
  • Comfortable with digital tools and organizing work via systems (CRM, spreadsheets, dashboards, etc.).
