About the role
- Onboard new customers and translate existing processes into product workflows
- Work with customer base to assist CSMs in retention and upsell opportunities
- Demonstrate product capabilities to customers and identify upsell opportunities
- Roll out new features to foster adoption
- Map customer custom frameworks against standard GRC requirement listings
- Serve as an in-house subject matter expert for product teams
- Partner closely with customers and cross-functional teams to tackle complex compliance challenges
- Contribute to end-to-end GRC implementation methodologies and product development feedback
Requirements
- Background as an experienced GRC professional
- Hands-on familiarity with modern tech-stacks commonly seen in cloud-native organizations (CSPs/Security tooling/MDMs/SCM)
- Deep understanding of GRC frameworks and implementation methodologies (ISO/IEC 27001, SOC2 Type 2, PCI-DSS, NIST CSF, FedRAMP)
- Experience building risk assessment processes and knowledge of risk management methodologies
- Out-of-the-box thinker able to find product-based solutions to customer challenges
- Eager to stay ahead of GRC standardization/regulation and technology advancements
- Well suited to a fast-paced, agile environment
