• Onboard new customers and translate existing processes into product workflows
• Work with customer base to assist CSMs in retention and upsell opportunities
• Demonstrate product capabilities to customers and identify upsell opportunities
• Roll out new features to foster adoption
• Map customer custom frameworks against standard GRC requirement listings
• Serve as an in-house subject matter expert for product teams
• Partner closely with customers and cross-functional teams to tackle complex compliance challenges
• Contribute to end-to-end GRC implementation methodologies and product development feedback
